Communication is the key to unlocking the potential of your most valuable assets – yourself, your workforce and your customers. And there's a lot more to communicating than simply exchanging information. Only about ten per cent of human interaction is pure data. What about the remaining 90 percent? The undercurrent of all communication is the expression of basic human needs – individualism, team spirit, peer approval, competition, culture and diversity. And, there's always potential for dynamic development – in creativity, efficiency and growth. My approach is based on more than ten years of hands-on experience in getting results through human communications. I offer communications training, cross-culture training, coaching, and supervising for executives, project teams and individuals. Moreover, I provide assistance to companies in their post merger integration processes in the US and Europe, especially Germany. I help people build their careers and improve their professional and personal lives through counseling.
