People who are deeply involved in their work lose sight of the big picture. As an external supervisor, my assessment is unbiased - and brutally honest. Overseeing individuals during meetings, presentations, negotiations, or monitoring project teams, I offer you insight into every level of human communications in your company. Strategy, no matter how well thought out, is still just theory. That's why hands-on guidance is essential in the implementation phase of ongoing consulting. It's putting the measures into action that gets results. Close monitoring of organizational change makes constant fine-tuning possible. Reacting quickly saves money and keeps people motivated. Supervising is a complementary, but integral part of my coaching, counseling and communication training.
